Shipping Information
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10am CST will be processed the same day. Any order placed after 10am on Friday or over the weekend, will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays).
UPS is our primary shipping partner. For items that exceed the UPS weight limit, we use a common carrier (see below for more details). Also, please note that all product weights shown on this site apply to equipment only; total shown does not include packaging materials or pallets, which adds 25-50 lbs to the final shipping weight.
You can pick up your attachment at our location in Suamico, WI and save on shipping.
Equipment purchases and shipping charges will appear as 'QUALITY WELDING SERVICE' on your credit card statement.
UPS Shipments
For items shipped via UPS, a flat rate per product will be added
to your order. All UPS rates apply to ground deliveries within the continental
US only. If you need an item shipped express, please call us toll-free at 866-205-1288
during regular business hours (Mon-Thur 7am-4:30pm; Fri 7am-3:30pm CST). (See below

Common Carrier/Truck Shipments
Items that exceed the UPS weight limit must be shipped via common carrier.
Rates vary based on total product weight and destination. For these items,
we've included an average shipping rate within the
product description.
When you submit your order, you will see shipping listed as $0.00. Once your order has been processed, we will contact you at the phone # you provide with the actual shipping charge. At that time you will need to confirm shipping address and availability to accept shipment. The shipping amount will appear as a separate charge on your credit card statement.
Items are delivered by the carrier of our choice unless otherwise specified by the customer. Our policy is to compare delivery rates and services for the lowest cost and best service, based on the size and destination of your order. Most orders are delivered within 4 business days from the time of pick up, and require customer inspection before acceptance. Please call before acceptance of shipment if there are any damages.
